The cost just seemed a bit steep for what they offer as far as facilities on site. They also have fees for paying with a card. It costs $5 extra per night if you have a pet. For 3 nights in the site we stayed in with 1 dog, it was $216. Jump Creek meanders through it offering live water and all the benefits of creek frontage while pivots. If you’re able to rely on your own toilet and shower, this won’t be a problem for you. ![]() The bathroom facilities simply aren’t big enough for a park this size. We had to wait in line for people to finish showering or using the restroom almost every time we went. They have a bathhouse with a men’s and women’s restroom, each equipped with 1 small shower stall and 1 toilet. Within a mile youll find sparkling Lake Cascade and our park is located right on the Payette River. The real issue was the facilities at the park. This didn’t bother us too much as those sites are mostly grouped together away from the short term sites by the river. Not sure about wi-go since we use our own. ![]() There is no cable but excellent antenna tv out of Boise. Staggered, level spots so all have views. I didn’t see any pet waste anywhere which was nice. A secret little gem on the river We always love to stop at this wonderful, quiet, on the river RV park. There were makeshift pet cleanup stations all over the grassy areas with several signs throughout the park reminding people to clean up after their pets and keep them on a leash. The site itself was really nice, very level, and it was set up well with all the hookups. The recreation sites listed below (boat launches, campgrounds, interpretive sites, historic ranches) in this recreation section are found within 1/4 mile of the Wild and Scenic Snake River. We stayed in one of the newly constructed back in only sites on a cement pad right next to the river. The Hells Canyon National Recreation Area (HCNRA) straddles both sides of the Snake River in both Oregon and Idaho. Our trailer is still winterized so we needed somewhere with bathrooms and this place seemed like a good bet. We stayed last weekend for 3 nights in our trailer just to get out of town for a bit.
